By using SparkLink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SparkLink is a marketplace that introduces UK homeowners to independent, verified electricians. We are not a party to the contract between you and the electrician you engage. We do not perform electrical work ourselves.
We carry out reasonable checks on registered electricians (qualifications, insurance, identity) but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or compliance of any work performed. Customers should confirm credentials directly before engaging a contractor.
Provide accurate job information, treat tradespeople respectfully, and pay agreed fees directly to the electrician.
Maintain valid qualifications, public liability insurance (minimum £2m), and comply with BS 7671 and Part P regulations. Respond promptly to quote requests and deliver agreed work to a professional standard.
Electrician subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkLink is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from work performed by electricians introduced through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, post fraudulent listings, or receive serious complaints.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
